Thanks! Mine are RRSP and TFSA. They are all in Canadian dollars. Maybe that's why they don't need to be converted?

If you are not back to 'In Process' after submitting your documents for a couple of days, you can call SINP at (306) 798-7467 and confirm with them if they received your documents. If they confirm, they will change it back to In Process.

Yes, i had called them up...they confirmed receiving the documents..but said status change can take upto 2 weeks time

Yes, I called already. I was told they received it but the status still hasn't changed back to "In process".
