SINP APPLICANTS MAY-2016

Hi,
I am currently working in the USA and have applied for PNP program for Province XX couple of months ago. It is still being adjudicated and am yet to get a nomination.
Now, my employer is relocating me to Canada and to a different Province YY next month on a Work Permit.
What is the impact to my PNP? Do I need to inform Province XX about my move to Province YY on a Work Permit? If I inform, would there be a chance of rejection based on a potential close tie with other province? Or is it absolutely normal to apply for PNP of Province XX while residing in Province YY?

SINP team has slept again, sorry to say. Now it looks they will take 3 to 4 weeks more, as till today only 02 nominations done, still they have to decide 498 nominations/rejections more, so they will take their time, 
may be by Mid of Aug, i suppose.

how they us nominate? they send us mail or any document? what is nomination?
what is the next step? when we can apply PR?
2221 - Biological technologists and technicians
2231 - Civil engineering technologists and technicians
2232 - Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians
2253 - Drafting technologists and technicians
These 4 Nocs seem to be on the priority list. Just check the guys from May EE intake who got nominated. And also consider that SINP is sending nominations to June 2016 OID applicants. OID candidates got there nomination in just 25 days, even faster than May EE intake. And these OID candidates belong to the above 4 NOCs.
2231 - Civil engineering technologists and technicians
2232 - Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians
2253 - Drafting technologists and technicians
