Just write to the manager who signed your SINP ineligible letter with copy to immigration@gov.sk.ca and tell them it's a mistake and correct it without putting the application under *2ND REVIEW*

Are you an OID or EE applicant? If you are EE, then you need to change your NOC in CIC profile to exactly match that you got nominated in SINP.

If you are not back to 'In Process' after submitting your documents for a couple of days, you can call SINP at (306) 798-7467 and confirm with them if they received your documents. If they confirm, they will change it back to In Process.
