please clarify 2 blank envelopes which i have to send along are A4 size or just a letter size small envelope.
& size of the photographs are 2 inches something like that & how to arrange the documents in sequence means which one should be put on the front & along with covering letter or direct.

1. it didnt mentioned what size of envelope you have to provide. in this case, any will do.
2. size of the picture is mentioned..
3. sequence means based on what is listed in the document checklist comes first.. the checklist will be your cover page.

please read carefully in order not for you to lose time and your effort...

I mean do i need to send any covering letter along with that & barcodes of generic forms should be place on document checklist first or with generic form first.

I am talking about Paper based application which need physical delivery.

Are we sending documents physically?when?
As per my understanding we are attaching all scan copies on oid profile thats it. from where we will get notificaation

1. You can notarized it. But don't Original
2. If your everything would ok, then after 1 year generally.
3. Online instant payment through Credit card is the safest way.
4. These are the documents for notarized Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificate, IELTS result copy, Passports' first 2 and last 2 pages, Translator Affidavit, and read it

if you're talking about EE, its different...

EE- submission of documents is thru online..
OID - paper based application.

Have u got Nomination or just asking for curiosity? Because SINP sends all information and procedure for PR application with Nomination Confirmation package. If yes, You have to study it, nobody can teach you.

Are i am confirming the things because i m going to send my cic application in 1-2 days as you no who careful we have to be while preparing the file. so dnt want to do the mistake.

Read checklist and Application guide again and again. Check all signatures places and dates. In Background Decl. form, Point No. 2, write your Name by pen in your mother tongue/National language. In Add family Information form, write all names in mother tongue, in front of English written name, in the same line. Attach Translator Affidavit.

Dear seniors,
I'm planning for SINP-OID for 2017. There are two things that are bothering me much.

Firstly, I've all my employment docs in non-english language. As per the list of documents I require to get it translated from a [glow=red,2,300]certified translator[/glow]. I'm from Gujarat, India and I couldn't find any certified translator in my region.

Can anyone tell me whether english translation on notary's letterpad will do?? and I also require an affidavit of the translator. So who's affidavit I take ..If am not wrong a notary just verifies the translation, he can't be the certified translator?? Please guide me with an accurate procedure. My docs are in Gujarati language.

Secondly, I've done B.Sc (Bachelors of Science-3 years fulltime) followed with M.Sc (Masters of Science-2 years fulltime). I haven't got the ECA assesment report as it is not required for SINP. So, should I claim for 23 points or 20 points?? Will IRCC ask ECA report later on? I'ld get bachelors 4 years equivalency if i get an ECA report. So in that case even after getting the nomination I will fall short of 1 point and may not qualify later. Please note my occupation is in relevant field.

I'm really looking forward for your help. A prompt response will be highly appreciated.

Search any person of your touch (Not Relative) and Translate your all Non-English documents yourself and take Printouts. Write the document name on upper side in English, on the photocopy of the document (Ex. Birth Certificate Lovisha) and mark it "A", then write on the page Translation of document as (Ex. Translation of Birth Certificate of Lovisha) and Mark it "B". In "B", add this matter also in any space, (Ex. Birth Certificate Lovisha, Translated by me .........Sign.... Name ......Date .............). Prepare it To sign by translator and write their name, date. Now go to nearby Notary shop/office and notarized these both documents. Now Lovisha's Birth certificate completed. Repeat this procedure for all needed documents.
For Translator Affidavit, format provided in SINP Application guide. Type it on Rs. 50 Stamp Paper (ask Notary for affidavit) and to sign and prepare by your translator. Now this is your Translator's Affidavit. Attach this with all translation papers, merge it with PDF with all translated and merged documents.
I can''t understand properly your second question. ECA is not necessary in any stage for OID category.
