My application turned into IN PROCESS since 27th Feb. 4TH JAN OID....2171...... 6TH JAN IN PROCESS 14TH FEB ADR RECEIVED SUBMITTED ADR ON 27TH FEB..... IN PROCESS SINCE THEN

Mine is in process again after sending ADR documents on 28th feb....... OID 4TH JAN.....2171......got adr on 14th feb....submitted on 27th feb.....again in process on 2nd march i guess....after that no response.

Misunderstood?Did they ask for ADR earlier?what is your NOC?

The quota was opened for both EE and OID for 500application on 4th jan.First they have opened for OID, once its filled within 3 hours.....and then later after few hours...they opened for EE.......I was able to submit application successfully in OID. It opens at 8am saskatewan time.

They can verify background/experience even after getting nomination. Perhaps, Provisional govt only ensure that all the documents are provided that are listed for oid sinp and they scan documents in one view for anything misrepresentation(date,noc JD ect) but i guess they dont verify actually...
