SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

Dear Friends,


I got my medical request form as well.But little confused about the documents to be sent to NVDO.
In mails they have asked below documents to be sent back.


Please send photocopies of your updated/valid passports (only front and back Bio pages) for all .

RPRF Fee payment proof

Proof for medical examination

PCC certificate(which I already sent to CIO)

The form attached in the immigration mail


1.Do we need to sent all these document in hard copy(courier)?

2.Do we get any proof for medical check from hospital?

3.PCC I have sent earlier to CIO. I do have one more original PCC.Do i need to send again or I can send photocopy at by stating reason already given?

4.Anything else we need to include in reply to Visa office?

Yes you need to send the information requested by courier, to the address provided in the letter.

Medical it is sent by Doctor directly

If they request pcc, probably your documents are expired and you need to send it again.

Follow the instructions. Not sure if physical address or email is given in email. For some VO and for few people they just only asked everything in email (including pcc).
1. Has the address been given for pcc? then courier. Or is email is given then its email.
2. I think they give you a receipt/report kind of thing only if you ask as per the site and some forum posts. As we pay for it and vo is asking for it, why dont you ask for it. It is being sent electronically but we do get some report/sheet from them. Just ask couple of doctors office first.
3. If you have another original then you can send one. Also tell that you already sent one with your original application and still you are sending another one.
4. Only the ones asked for. Nothing more.

You can send them a Specific Case Enquiry and ask about your Passport Request email. I heard sometimes there is a problem in their system and they don't send Passport request correctly. With your Case Specific Enquiry, they will send your passport request within a week.

I don't have any phone number from Ottawa visa office. Maybe other friends can help.

Don't hesitate and send them a Case Specific Enquiry and you will get a positive answer within a week. ;D

I would be highly appreciated if guide me for Saskatchewan Occupations In-Demand Sub-Category 2016;
I missed FSW2014 because of total cap reached when CIC received my application package on 29th Dec. 2014. Also I did not expect this problem and so I did not applied for Saskatchewan Occupations In-Demand Sub-Category 2015.
Currently as I passed my 37th birthday, I have only 65 initial points and so I can not be in pool of EE, so Saskatchewan Occupations In-Demand Sub-Category seems the only choice remains for me.

1) I heard this sub-category reached its threshold within first hours of opening on 2ed of Jan. 2015, Is it true?
2) Is the minimum 60 points mentioned in http://economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/occupations-in-demand is the same points we calculated for FSW2014?
3) Anyone knows which documents may we should have prepared for upload when this category starts for 2016? or where I can find any check list I should be prepared for submit my application when it starts?

Hi,
1- Yes, it is true and the same situation will be happen for SINP 2016.
2- No, It is not the same to FSW2014. You can calculate your points from this file:
http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/appguide-skilled-worker-in-demand
3- If you read the above instruction file you can understand what really you need but I can tell you important items:
a-Your occupation should be exist in their in-demand list
b- If your occupation is Regulated in Saskatchewan, you should get license from regulatory body before apply.
c-Your score should be equal/over 60 in their grid
d-You should have your minimum amount of money in your bank account from 3 months before apply date(from 01 October 2015 to 02 January 2016) and the account balance shouldn't come below minimum amount even for 1 day and it should be stable through your immigration process.

If you consider all above items you can apply in SINP 2016 in demand occupation program.

hi guys
after 8 months,Sinp send me an email that i am not eligible because of these reason:
1- work experience credentials
your work experience in the past 10 years is not related to your field of education or training and in a high skilled occupation in the national occupational classification ( noc) matrix level "a","b" or"0" that is considered to in-demand in saskatchewan.

proof of transferable settlement funds

you do not meet the SINP settlement fund requirements.you must have proof of maintaining the minimum settlement fund for three months prior to yours application and throughout the entire immigration process.

1- while my bachelor is surveying ENGINEER and all my work experience is related to my bachelor degree i wounder why they said this?
2-Although 3 months prior the application submission i have not a minimum settlement fund,but from the 2 jan to today my account has a minium settlement fund and i update it and send them the new document .
