Did you apply under 2154 NOC?Shadfar said:hi guys
after 8 months,Sinp send me an email that i am not eligible because of these reason:
1- work experience credentials
your work experience in the past 10 years is not related to your field of education or training and in a high skilled occupation in the national occupational classification ( noc) matrix level "a","b" or"0" that is considered to in-demand in saskatchewan.
proof of transferable settlement funds
you do not meet the SINP settlement fund requirements.you must have proof of maintaining the minimum settlement fund for three months prior to yours application and throughout the entire immigration process.
1- while my bachelor is surveying ENGINEER and all my work experience is related to my bachelor degree i wounder why they said this?
2-Although 3 months prior the application submission i have not a minimum settlement fund, but from the 2 jan to today my account has a minium settlement fund and i update it and send them the new document .
Proof of fund is the real issue in this program, and many aspirant were disqualified because of this.
Very sorry for this sad response.
