From last 25days my application status showing 'IN PROCESS'.Anyone have any idea how long it will be take to change the status?

I checked 10 times but its not there after many hours. Something went wrong. Card is charged which i could see online and payment is not hold as per the card's customer service. I emailed regarding payment receipt. Let us see. Not much worried as i can get refunded but it might take a while which is fine.

When are you planning to send the request for review?

Now since you guys applied under NOC 2171 (as per excel sheet), request you to share your job duties you have mentioned for NOC 2171. So that people(including me) applying under NOC 2171 can get some Idea how job duties should look like.

Thanks for the response, However I have few more doubts.

1) Under Schedule 4 , Question 3. Which Provincial Govt. has nominated your?, We just need to write "NONE" if we don't have any Nomination?
2) Under Schedule 4 , Question 4. Funds? We need to mention same amount that we mentioned at SINP online application?
3) In SINP case, only Section B need to fill on "Ethical Conduct Disclosure and Declaration Form" as it's mentioned in User Guide?

No way, it is a MUST.

However you could fill out a express of interest to visit Winnipeg and if they allows you travel (1 week minimum)
and after an interview they give you a letter that helps you as Connection to the province.

Only after that you could fill out a Provincial Application.

Expensive route but if you are the right candidate you could make it

October 2013 got his letter to apply to the province
got nomination in January 2014

Did you check whether the money is debited from you card.

Thanks for sharing the receipt. So the email is missing. The money was debited at the same time the transaction was approved. Today the transaction is also appearing/posted under confirmed(not in pending status anymore) transactions. No emails at spam folder. I sent email to HPM.PROD@cic.gc.ca again today reminding them asking on it but hopefully i get response tomorrow.
