the travels form (there is no place for the signature) ?

and also I want to ask about the extra sheets that we may attach if there is no enough space to write in : Should we sign those papers or not?

Yes you should sign the additional sheet too. Travel form don't need your sign.
Do revision specially to your background information. Match all time very carefully and do not leave any gap. This is important. Sign with date all forms. After that do one thing:

Name all forms and supporting documents according to your package here. We will double check for you. :)

I am a 1111 candidate. SINP asked to provide proof of eligibility to get license as my occupation is regulated.

In this regard I have applied to CPA SK for eligibility to get registered. Based on my transcript CPA SK replied me below e-mail after 5 weeks:

Hello,
I have completed the evaluation of your transcripts. I am pleased to inform you that you are eligible to join the CPA PREP Program.
You are eligible for exemption in Modules 1-4 of the CPA PREP Program. For more information on the CPA Accreditation process please follow the link below

Place the barcode page(s) on the top of your application (forms and supporting documents) when you submit it.

does this mean that I have to staple the generic form not in order or it means I have to put all the generic form as the first paper

Note that I staple each form alone but I didn't attach them to each other

Make this mail to PDF and send a copy to SINP As a Proof of Eligibility. Leave the rest to SINP to decide, You have done 100% from your side now. Let them decide now. Best of luck.

Yes, It is what exactly SINP calls license eligibility letter! You should send it as soon as possible to SINP and you can get your nomination with that. ;)

It's not so logical as every time you done doing things at the last day of months and start new things at the first day of all months. Is it logical? For example Sometime you left a job or home in February and got another job or home at the same month. Try to remember everything and fill it up honestly my friend.

Regarding receipt, it's same. Ok

the checklist form goes at very first than Place the 2 barcode pages on top of your generic form and don't staple any of your forms or pages.

I think, Checklist is on top and after that is IMM0008 but not in the correct order and you can put those bar-code pages on the top and then other pages of IMM0008 next to them and then all other forms and documents mentioned in checklist.

They are same files then don't worry, everything is OK with your application. Just send it tomorrow and enjoy your life until your medical day! ;) ;D

Actually for the jobs we are forced here to leave the job at the end of the month except for internal company transfers and we only have to start the new job at the early beginning of the month as well

for the barcode pages I will change the order

but about the stapling I see that the wrote the word UNBOUND but I got it like not to staple every thing together and as I didn't find any thing in the guide that talks about it so I staple them :-X :-X :-X :-\ :-\ :-\
