You do not meet the SINP settlement requirements. You must have proof of having $28,105 deposited in a bank for at least 3 months before the application was submitted.

Hi, it's sad to hear about the response of SINP for your application. They definitely did a mistake in analyzing your case. I am certain you will get that in second review Inshaallah. My case is very weak as I have the problem of stability of funds. I have no hope at all.
Plz advise if you have relatives in SK?

Guys do we have any example of nomination rcvd even without settlement funds for three months prior to the application submittal. Just wanted to see if SINP Making positive mistakes as well beside the negatives. OR may be there is weightage of points or relatives criteria that works without three months statement? Although it looks very difficult as per info given in guide. But do we have any example at this forum.
By the way since I'm hopeless with my current application I'm preparing myself for SINP EE program. Any suggestions and advises will be appreciated.

Congrats my friend. I think your case made a big hope for all other same applicants who are waiting for SINP's second review and it proved, they are really going to review applications carefully for the second time.

Thanks VictorPapa. I have a question for you senior members: My IELTS certificate has already expired on 12th of April. Shall I sit the exam again or not required for CIC?

To add to this question, what about the Check-list? Shouldn't check-list be on top of the application and then the barcode pages from Generic form and then the rest of the forms?

Victorpapa, tols can you please share the order of your application package to CIC ?

My application was returned as ineligible as I did not score sufficient points according to them. But thanks God I proved them wrong
