Very strict process.

They need a bank account that has money from October to December 2014. (That's the reason they consider bank 4, because this
account has movements in October, the withdraw that you made)

Since Bank 3, doesn't have movements until November is not eligible, why?, because they believe that
you obtained the money to deposit in November from someone else.

They could think this guy made a withdraw to pay something or someone, not necessarily to deposit this money in Bank 3.

True. Also they do not have time and resource to verify the detail of the bank transfers in the statement even though the money is available from sep but flowed from bank3 to bank4.
For Bank1 (sort order desc by date) too they just considered the last listed balance like other banks (2 & 4) (sort order asc by date) statements. I think that they did not notice the sort order or i am not sure if they purposely wanted to use the low balance in the statement.

Hoping that this will not be an issue.

Lowest Balance in the statement will be taken. for ex: in a month starting you are having $13000 and in mid of the month you are dropped $2000.

Later by 28th of the month you are again depositing that $2000. now it is not a mean that you have maintained $13000 in a month right?.

I had the same problem of certificate in native language,I just sent a letter to explain that the original one is English ,and asked what should I do next,translate it or? they did not ask that again.

I don't expect SINP to recall last years application processing timeline which was way too long.

I really appreciate people's patience but I am getting a bit impatient. Soon I may counter notice SINP that if they choose me to nominate soon enough, they can otherwise would withrow my application. I ain't here to hang around for years long to go to a arctic place. I got lots to do including applying for Oz, they got modern processing time and immigration system rather than to get stuck for SINP decision that looks eternal to me. :-[ :-\ :-*
