How many times will you ask this question, I could remember you have been answered. Anyway, guess what great forumites, Alhamdulilah, I just woke up in the middle of the night and opened my email. The only unread and outstanding email in my inbox is SINP nomination. I was so delighted and could not resist sharing this great information, firstly, with my great forumites. I was told to file my application before SEP 2015 and make some changes to my Background before submission. I appreciate you all and wish everyone success soon. Cheers

Congrats Tols!! Wish you a very best for your next steps. :)

Tols, I see on the spreadsheet that your profession is regulated in Canada. Since you have succeeded in this nomination process in which regulated professions are required to provide a proof of eligibility to get certified in Canada, would you mind providing some information on how you went about meeting this requirement.
Mine is not regulated but there are many others who may find this info helpful; and perhaps they can get success as well.
Thanks :)

Prior to his Application, Tols already has gotten his License from the Professional Body in Charge of his Qualification.

As far as am Concerned , drawing my premise from his submission he is the Most eligible in this Thread for now:
Adaptability: He has a relative in Saskatchewan
Working Experience: He submitted his Lincense along with his application on 02-01-15
Language Ability: CLB8
Age:less than 34 :P :P :P :P :P :P(who knows)

Tol is still on cloud nine and he will storm in later to acknowledge our Goodwill messages. At the moment he is gathering his documents so as to courier them to CIC Nova Scotia this afternoon :-\ :-\ :-\ :-*

Good Luck.

One question - Do we get option to upload documents for the ones requested by them? I need to also send some documents hence checking if we have option to upload it directly.

Thanks.

Mail them the documents you want to upload, there is no option to upload directly.

Did you at anytime buddy checked your OASIS yesterday? In the second mail they sent to you, what was the request for? Is it for Update or Additional or Missing or Incomplete documents? When did you receive your AOR as well as the documents requested from you? What was the submission deadline given to you?

Thank you Jesus SINP is working as God has always been in the throne.

:-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

Please let us know

It was not for missing document. I believe it is just an update for filing FSWP application like updating the schedule A Backgroud between SINP submission date and now, forms must not be greater than 6 month when submitting CIC and so on. I received 2 emails, one emails containing two attachments (Nomination letter and the update advice for CIC application) and the other email was just duplicate containing same update advice for CIC application).

Edit: I just checked properly, the document are not duplicate. One is general-what to do next and the other is specific on instructions on my uploaded FSW forms like not leaving any activity gap in background form All months must be accounted for, if you are not working, write unemployed.

Yes it is regulated. I waited patiently for this year application just because of the licencing. I started my licence appication immediately I discovered I won't meet up with last year. It took about 11 months for the whole process, from Uni Cert,,transcript, C.V submission. The first process was paying application fee and my transcript was evaluated by the body which, took about 5 month. Then, comes skill exam and previous work experience reporting and approval which took 3 month. Then membership payment and certification. It was just God's grace, long and proper planning though. Cheers
