Are you going to request for review or complain? There would be nothing to complain about as its their discretion on accepting and nominating the applications.

I noticed in my application that they changed the end date of my current employment to the date on the uploaded reference letter (30/12/2014). Did anyone notice this in his/her application as well? Thanks

Additional Family Information for my wife
Educational/Training Credentials - Post Secondary Transcripts
Work Experience Credentials - reference letters from all companies
Offer of Permanent Employment from a Sask Employer
Job Approval Letter

Same issue for me too like Shadfar told, even though i have also applied for without job offer. I started to think now may be its because i have a blank link for Job Offer. Now not sure if it came because i added it or not. How does it look at your (you all) end which will clear my doubt?
If this is the case does my application fall under the cap of "without job offer" :( which i do not know.

Its going to be pain to get reference letters too.

Let us see how it goes.

Yes possibly 15 min before 11 or 12 (i forgot) but at Mountain Standard Time. Do you refer CST?

Sorry to hear that they are asking job offer now, how did they tell you that you were under 500, through Email or Call?
Could you please share that email?
First thing, you should do to write them an email saying you applied under Skill worker in demand (without job offer) on Jan 2 and you were informed that you were under the cap (500), so why I'm requested to provide a job offer.

They generally respond in a day or two, let's see their response.

11 Mountain meaning 12 Central, I believe, CAP filled message was updated around 11:40~1:45.
Can you recall, when you submit your application, was there any message regarding CAP fill?

If that's not the case, then you should drop an email to them and ask them why do they need job offer when application was created under skill in demand (without job offer) category.

Make sure, in your application on OASIS, that the following information is the same as in the image below

Job offer - NO

If, by mistake, you clicked yes, and at a later stage you choose NO, your application would still have an empty form/field which should have been filled with a JOB OFFER LETTER.

I made this mistake, when started to fill my application and by no means SINP lets you delete stuff after it's been created.

Had to create a new one!

I really could not because it was a long day from 6am for continuous refreshing the page to check and log the application. But i took a break after submitting but still do not know if it was 10:45 MST or 11:45 MST. Later i saw the message on the home page which i do not remember the exact time which was after 12pm or 1pm MST. I did not get any message on cap while submitting it. Do others got the cap message while submitting?

Anyway, I will come to know when i submit the documents without the job offer documents.

Do not remember If i selected Yes first and selected No later. Let us see how it shapes up.

Do these documents to be sent through email or post it? If to be posted then the reference letters to be original? any idea?

In my letter on 26th they told that my application was received on 2nd and will be reviewed by sinp (with other details in letter such as file number, my name and date of birth). So I think they will not even tell about the application is under the quota or not instead we will get file receipt number if under the respective category we applied for.


Could you and Shadfar please tell us your country or Visa office responsible for your country.

Could you also send to us a copy of your AOR for us to analyse properly.

Currently I am in US. I mentioned US address for correspondence but staying here for the last 4 months only hence i do not know the visa office responsible. I am citizen of India.

Are you planning to send them an email and asking why you were requested a job offer while you submitted your application in different category?
