Dear Spicey
SINP do not ask for educational credential assessment report although I've attached the assessment report done by WES with my application. :)

Since we are all giving our opinion; as regards educational qualification assessment, they might decide to use" if you have it, flaunt it" approach. :o :o :-* :-X ;D :'(

Have they decided it? :o
In Nova Scotia nomination program credential assessment is a must even though they did not put it clearly in their application guide. But I never heard or seen SK to ask for it. :)

Hello my friends,
I read your posts here and I remembered the exact same atmosphere we had in Jan - May 2014 in among of our group's members(SINP 2014 without job offer).
You are trying to understand how really SINP works and for example you first assumed they are sending AORs based application numbers and when you understood that theory is not correct then you thought they are sending AORs based on submission time and with a little search you will understand that theory is not correct too!

It is my experience about SINP: They don't have any logical methods and you can't find anything from their work procedures!
I mean EVERYTHING is random and by chance in SINP and only "the waiting" is my answer to all of your questions! You must wait until they decide to send you your AOR/Document request/Nomination and there isn't any logic beyond their wall and inside SINP's black box! ;)

Don't search because you can't find the correct answer ;D

Just enjoy your life and don't do what we did in the past year! :P

I hope all of you could get your nominations very soon. ;)

I echo this. and let's just wait, the AOR is on the way. all applicants that get the file number with submit successful should get the AOR.

Dear Experts,

My application is in status awaiting no objection letter from my spouse as I have declared spouse and child as non-accompanying dependent in IMM 0008 - Generic Application Form. My wife is currently employed and my idea was to get myself a job first in Canada and bring family later.

Now I doubt if my application has been misinterpreted as my spouse and kid will not come to Canada so there by asking to provide no objection letter for immigration. So please let me know if I can add dependents now or later to my SINP file as accompanying dependents ?

I can maintain my bank account balance 18000 CAD as settlement fund for three people from now on. Till now I maintained fund 14000 CAD for last 5 months.

Will this lead to my nomination approval rejection if I include them at this point of time?

Kindly request you to advise so that I can proceed in right direction. :(

Regards,
JC

Why do you choose to migrate alone in the first place? :o :o :o 8) Canadian Government encourages family ties thus given Permanent Residence Visa not only to the Principal Applicants but also to all their dependants.

When did you move in-process and what is your current status in the OASIS?

Just sustain the tempo and also encourage your wife in giving a stronger reasons why she isn't joining you now.

For example: since she is currently working in your home country, she might have signed a tenor(3-5years) BOND with her current employer as a condition precedent before accepting the offer letter.

Moreso,Your co-parents might be aged, old, fable and grey: is expected that her healthy arms should be their stay(curlfrom "My Mother")

She should give a strong "No objection Letter"that will present her as a Very Good Asset to Saskatchewan and a strength to her skills.

However, let us know why you decided to plan going alone ;D : :-[ :-\o or abi na ego palava. :P :P

What i understood here is you want your family to join later once you are settled in Canada.
In first place you should have included your family members in you application- So explain them that you had confusion and wanted your family members to join you in Canada later.
Fill the form IMM 0008 again and declare them as dependent.
Secondly- Show your 3 months bank balance which would be enough as settlement fund for 3 person.

Thanks for your reply.Might seem funny but here is my justification :(

I chose to play safe by going alone and do the struggle to get a job. If this doesn't work out anyway the spouse will be saving to run the family. Once getting a job I can bring my wife and kid. Also I had some issues to arrange settlement fund during my application for full family.

The application also did not had enough explanation to add them as accompanying dependent so that they can join later. Now I am having enough funds and I came to know we need to include them as accompanying applicants to bring to Canada even later too.

So now my worry is how to proceed so that my PNP is approved and I can bring family later to Canada as early as possible.Like the way we add dependents in the application after marriage and new born can we add existing dependents too?

NB: My SINP 2015 application was sent on 02/01.2015 and it is only in basic review stage.

Our case is similar, but non accompanying family member may never join and immigrate to Canada. I wrote a letter to SINP regarding settlement funds, but have not received any reply up to now, it was on January 26. I will share SINP reply upon its receipt.

Even my plan was almost same as yours that I was planning to bring family later for various reasons, and after AOR, they have changed status to "waiting on applicant" and SNIP changed all dependents question "Accompanying" online to YES, and requested all family members to include and send the renewed passports, which I did already....... just not to make things complex, I renewed all PP and send...now status back to "In Process"....

I am not sure at later stage when applying for CIC, if you can exclude PNP nominated family members, experts please advise?
