Good question. Till now I did not even checked it this depth. We have last 2 pages with barcode. I am also confused if we need to keep the last 2 pages of GENERIC APPLICATION FORM or only the last but one (one page previous to last page).

For safer side, please keep the last 2 pages (that have the bar codes) on top of the application as well as keep these pages (starting from 1st page till end of the page where signature is) with your pack in the form (GENERIC APPLICATION FORM). let us ask our experts too on this.

Just to share one good news as we all are planning to move to Saskatchewan.

I am SINP 2014 applicant. I received my medical request today from Manila office. I mentioned my visa office as "Singapore" but my file was transferred to "Manila". This is quite fast. Within 25 days of AOR, I got my medical request.

Congratulation my friend. That's why they say SINP applicant gets priority processing than other PnP or fswp applicant.

Regarding MR, did you also received any other request in the same Email like RPPF or updated documents etc? Pls share...

Yes, It is good to follow that order. Check list form on TOP and then Form IMM0008 (You can put barcode pages of IMM0008 on top of it's other pages) and then follow checklist's items.

But it is not very important at all because officer who will open your package, can access to what she/he wants easily and if a document was in a wrong place, then she/he will take care of that!
They are working there to do that my friend! ;D
