My online status still shows "Application Ineligible".

I have applied for second review on 21st Feb and spoke to the officer who actually sent the Ineligible letter and explained the details, she understood and told me that some other manager will look in to my second review case, they have confirmed verbally that they received my second request, and asked me to wait for at least 2 months.

So I am waiting for positive reply.

can any say in sinp three months old fund is needed...but i have a fund OF 15000 $ which is in the form of fixed deposit and its a joint fixed deposit with my brother and uncle so its vaLID IN SINP????

Actually the Fund need to be in your account or in your spouse account then only it valid.

All account is acceptable for SINP :$ but any joint account with anyone EXCEPT spouse is not valid

Yes it is very much TRUE that funds are acceptable only if it is in yours account as well as in your SPOUSE's account only. Otherwise funds are not acceptable.
