Hi everybody

Maybe my question will be a little stupid, but i want to be sure if my application status is IN PROCESS, it means that i have nothing to do, only wait?
I think if something was wrong the status can't be IN PROCESS.


the second question is

if my IELST's test results are soeaking 6, reading 7, listenig 6, writing 5,5. So my IELTS CLB is 7 or 6?

Hi bro as long as your Status is Application submitted, The appropriate officer has not still worked on your application .Don't worry .ofcourse I am Still same as you "Application Submitted"
By the way, Unfortunately your appropriate CLB is CLB6 in spite of your good grades in other Skills such as listening and reading

My total points are 63 out of 100. I have more than 25,000 Canadian dollars and my SINP status is showing " In Process". How many chances are there to get "Nominated".

What criteria did you use to determine the CLB of this guy? Is it the lowest score or what? I believe his overall score may be 6 and two out of the 4 skills fall under CLB 7 (IELTS 6 in all skills) and one CLB 9 for reading. I would like to know if they use only the minimum to determine CLB. Thanks

The criteria for equivalency between IELTS and CLB is utterly unfair. you should meet all the skills 6 for gaining CLB7 even if You gain three 8 grade and one 5.5 grade you attain CLB :6
The minimum skill is considered instead of overall score which is absolutely unfair.

Related with CLB everything is clear thank you, but about application status I mentioned another thing. My application status currently is IN PROCESS (not submitted), so i wonder, if it is IN PROCESS, i have nothing to do? It mean only i must wait for another status?

Your. Status is going to be changing when they request additional
Information check on a daily basis the email swoasiscorrespondence @ gv.sk.ca

By the moment someone received. Your documentation
Is probably considered complete but nobody knows when they will start to work
Actively in your file

At least 1 year of waiting, keep practicing your Engish
And living your life normaly

guys..

I know that I'm on different section since I have a job offer but I'm reviewing all of your conversation and seems like all of you are experts on how SINP reviews the application specially in proof of funds. In my case I don't have to show a proof of funds but I declare my funds on Schedule 4: provincial nominee funds lets say 4,000 cad. I did not maintain that balance can this be a reason for my application be ineligible?

As far as I know people that apply with job offer
Don't need proof of funds

Normally it would be accordingly your duties and responsibility but for SINP I think the ans. is NONE because it's SINP And we can not guess/predict/assume anything on how they would work
Btw, do they request documents at the end of next day of receiving AOR ?

I got the documents request after a week of being In Process
first they change the status to Waiting on Applicant then they send me the email

for the first question : if they need any other documents they will make your status "Waiting on Applicant " and they will send u an email otherwise just wait

second question : your CLB is 6 since u have a band less than 6
