Decided to send an email last week, just checking everything is ok as it's been 15 months and my reply was... 'Application is still in process'. Very helpful so going to try and call later to see if I can get any better answers but I won't hold my breath!

heya guys just sneaking in. im not so much aware of the sinp. isn't it that ielts is now required which took effect july 2012, anybody here who applied january to may 2012 who were asked to submit ielts? or even 2011 applicants were asked to submit ielts? those who are under family stream? were they asking for ielts even to those who applied before july 2012.

yes every one applicant of sinp now required to submit ielts requirement for family stream is L 4.5, R 3.5, W 4.0, S 4.0, band if anyone applied for sinp without ielts it is must to prepare himself foe ielts

Yes, i applied on jan. 05, 2012 and, 1.5 months before SINP asked me to submit incomplete / additional document (IELTS included) and i submitted.

I submitted additional / incomplete documents on 7 march 2013 but still i did not receive any acknowledgement from SINP ... WHY????

So we called them yesterday, and apparently their computer system is down, they won't tell us anything about our application anyway (no surprise there) and then hung up on us lol. Just continue to wait.

you got same timeline with my cousin, he is a january 2012 applicant also. are you also under family sponsor and no job offer? did you submit ielts when you submited your application? my cousin is family sponsor and he did not submit ielts before, now they are asking ielts from him.

I am skilled worker catagory with job offer and asked IELTS by SINP.
