It is sad. But I have to agree with Fazan.
Looks like SINP slowly dies, specially for applicants applied from abroad

29 days have passed "additional documents" sent but no any reply from SINP. waiting ....

Still waiting since Dec 2011 skilled worker, last lot of additional documents were sent 3 months ago... This wait is dragging.

95 days since additional docs have been received by SINP and still waiting.

They received my additional docs 1 month ago, and e-mail confirmed they received,
but my status is still on waiting on applicant, is this normal?

I have applied on paper so I can not see my status online. But as far as I know many people have the very same problem with status online. I think it is rather normal

All applications received before 1 September 2011 in Buffalo have now been reviewed. All principal applicants who submitted applications before this date should have received a communication from the Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa (CPP-O) office. If you have not received any instructions or updates from CPP-O and you fall within this group, please contact the Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100 with your name and file number (if known).
Applications received before 1 December 2011 will be reviewed by 31 March 2013.
Applications received before 1 March 2012 will be reviewed by 31 May 2013.
Visas are being issued in this category. The vast majority of applications received before 1 March 2012 will be finalised and visas will be issued by Summer 2013.

i am still waiting, and i sent my doc. but still didnot receive any conformation, atleast you recieved the confirmation e-mail. will you please send your e-mail as a sample at what is written in your confirmation letter. (if possible for you)

i applied sinp under skilled worker with job offer letter on june 2011 in feb 2012 they required some additional documents i sent on time from that time till now my online status still showing "waiting on applicant"it should be "inprocess"is it normal or something wrong now more than 22 months finished how long they will take more to make the decision "frustrated" pleaseee reply thanks
