Received passport back for my mother Super Visa process. Whole process took 5 months

I am not 100% sure but as per my knowledge you will need insurance coverage for one full year to apply for extension. Just for curiosity, why did they allow them entry only for 10 months? because for Super Visa you can stay for 5 years before you exist.

I applied on Dec 30th 2023 to be precise
