I saw people from New Delhi visa office get back their passport with copr stamp within 1 week.
Yes, already sent an email upon receipt of the PPR.Yes NDVO stamps in 5-10 days. Just send SGVO an urgent email asking them to issue a letter for your spouse for NDVO.
