I'd book the tickets for week 6 or 7 from today. Recent SGVO COPRs have taken 2-5 weeks.

I plan to land on 26-May. But should I book the ticket first or wait for the COPR?

How do you know your application is at SGVO?
Hi. I called IRCC to ask for update and the agent mentioned that my file was transfered to Singapore Visa Office. He emailed me the details and said that they only can update me now.

That's plenty of time. COPR is a formality. Just go and book the tickets.

I’m also waiting for instructions for passport submission of my spouse who is residing in India.

Where is it? Is it New Delhi?
I saw people from New Delhi visa office get back their passport with copr stamp within 1 week.

@xibalban is from Sikkim, nearest CVAC is Kolkata but he could also send it to Delhi.

Yes NDVO stamps in 5-10 days. Just send SGVO an urgent email asking them to issue a letter for your spouse for NDVO.

Yes, already sent an email upon receipt of the PPR.

I guess they will process our passports quickly since we are landing in 2 months time.

All stampings happen in NDVO. The rest are just collection points.
