Your dream will come true, be positive because at least SGVO working very hard and they process very quickly!
Mine is FT 12/5/2017.
Sas- OID paper-based!

PCC has expired already. It is very common to ask for fresh PCC. Initially, during the application submission, there were two PCCs, one from home country and another one from Sweden. It is very expensive and long time-consuming to collect a PCC from Sweden. I did not visit any country after the PR application submission. An ambiguity arises in my mind. Will SGVO ask for new Swedish PCC again if I did not travel Sweden after the PR application?

I think you need to submit pcc for countries where you stayed more than 6 months. If you have not stayed in any other countries than your home countries for more than 6 months after submitting the application, you just need to submit pcc for your home country only. This is my understanding however you may cross check with sgvo if asked.

It depends. SGVO don't ask us PCC for ADR.

Right. You need to submit only if they ask for it and submission should be only for those countries where you stayed for more than 6 months after application. No need to submit anything in advance before they ask.
