Congratulations.!!! Convince your colleague who may be provide signature in your JD. In addition to this, Include his/her visiting card along with a LOE.

In order to avoid any problem in future, you should send them your employment contracts, payslips, job description, promotion...and letter of reference. You can ask HR to prepare or do it yourself and ask HR/boss to sign and stamp. VO just want to make sure if you worked in that NOC for the period of time you claimed in application, therefore payslip/tax return, contract and LoE can relieve their doubts!

When you submit Job description to SINP stage, how was that letter? did you submit JD from your company pad that time, with HR signature. If so , please make it same, coz cic will look all your file/docs submitted in OASIS online, so do not make different !
