When you submit Job description to SINP stage, how was that letter? did you submit JD from your company pad that time, with HR signature. If so , please make it same, coz cic will look all your file/docs submitted in OASIS online, so do not make different !
Problem is, management has changed in my organization. The new management is not allowing us any experience letter with job responsibilities in details. they will provide only a default experience letter.

Anything change on Experience letter, may create complexity for sure!!
default experience letter- will change job duties ? if so you can make a LOE that over period of time after SINP, your Job duties have been added with that of previous.

his FT is Oct 2017.
Whose FT Oct 2017? I am talking ab cases got ADR as NJabin and me.
Our FT is May 2017. It's over 1 year then SGVO asks us latest documents via ADR.

there is no FT after September/17, from Oct/17, no FT & it is all over world, not only sgvo

So, basing on what you discussed I can conclude that when we pass eligibility with all relevant supporting documents, then MR will be issued.
Otherwise, they request you submit ADR as they did not satisfy with what you sent along with application!

Ok, ADR can be asked, but why after 12-15 months from AOR/ FT !!

They dont have resources to speed up. Thats the answer.
Moreover, when they put your application on hold, it doesnt mean that they do nothing, information was sent to verify. and when they touch your file, they MIGHT have responses to gather or they have to wait for them till information is gathered enough!

yes.he just need to change the time about his the lastest letter of reference.
 
Service standard for paper based PR app is 18 months. My question is: what point of time this 18 months is calculated?

CIC received date/ AOR date/ FT date
