My online status showed "Decision Made" and Canadian address also appeared, does this mean I've been granted the PR visa? How long until I can receive my passport back usually? thanks

Congrats! Usually if u r in Singapore, then within a week, otherwise 2-4 weeks max. Depends on ur current location.

Why would you be worried for? many people who applied in 2011-march/april havent heard anything yet. and you applied in September!! So nothing to be worried abt..

Hi Gary,

The visa office in Singapore normally gives the time frame of 18 months of processing. Some of the guys I've read in this thread have exact 18 months time frame, some have just about a year, like CSR. You'll see the time line on the left side of members' message box here. I for one have almost the same time line as you do. But we don't have the same visa office. Mine's in Manila.

Based on what I have seen in this thread, after receiving AOR, medical request arrives from 6-9 months. But after the MR, processing gets quicker towards passport request, police clearance, additional documents, etc. - provided that all requirements asked will be completed immediately. I am just based here in Singapore now that's why I read the correspondences here.

Happy waiting, just keep in mind that your processing time is 18 months in order to avoid disappopintment, and it will be a pleasant surprise if it will be lesser than that

there's group of people who also applied for PNP/ FSW from vietnam at webtretho , do google search and you'll find it.
