That's absurd.. How the f*ck can they schedule an interview when a decision on the file has already been made!!!

That is downright cruel.

To give you an idea, when i got ppr, i had an urgent flag on ppr because medical was expiring soon. So if if you didn't have issue with medical expiring soon, everything is normal

Wow that's insane. I've never heard of any case where a DM lead to an interview. That's downright cruel!

I just had a chat with her again and got some more information. It turned out she had been interviewed before and passed, followed by the Decision Made and PPR. And the issue here is when filling in the Appendix B, she put her info in the Applicant (which is correct), and put her husband (her sponsor) in the Spouse column . I was speechless ??? ???. This misinformation might confuse the VO and that is why they returned her passport with an interview letter :'( :'(.

They could have clarified with her and ask her to re-send the document. Returning passport and requesting another interview might hint something much more serious than just a typo. Singapore is short of staff, one of busiest offices alongside New Delhi and Manila, I am not sure if they would want to interview people over and over again.

My wife sent on May 27 and it had been dispatched on June 16 as well. You should be receiving the passport by this week, I think. Good luck!

How do you know that the visa has been issued along with COPR before you receive it by hand from the SVO?

The Visa Centre (VFS) has their own tracking system for us to track the status of the passport (with the visa)

You can email SVO with a cover letter notifying new address. Please don't forget to mention your UCI number and file number....
