You can email SVO with a cover letter notifying new address. Please don't forget to mention your UCI number and file number....

Log onto ECAS and click the update address button.

When filling out the webform make sure you state UCI and app number.

Has anyone submitted their Medicals and Police via email to singapore, I asked in another thread but probably should have asked in this one. Also has anyone changed the status of a dependant to accompanying from non-accompanying with the singapore office they are terrible with their emails.

Singapore case status, complaints about processing delays can be directed to Program Manager and c/c nat-Asia-Pacific@cic.gc.ca:

Thomas Richter
Counsellor
Deputy Program Manager
Telephone +65 6854 5803
Tom.Richter@international.gc.ca
nat-Asia-Pacific@cic.gc.ca

If Singapore does not respond within 30 days of email, inquiries can be submitted to IRCC.

I wouldn't recommend going this route unless processing time has passed though lol.

Singapore doesnot go by processing time like other offices. With large backlog and ignorance from Ottawa it goes by officer mood unfortunately, so the manager also look after case status on behalf of his staff.

up to you. these emails are made public anyway. :)

Processing time at SVO has gotten better, and the majority of cases I have seen from 2015-2016 are finalized well before posted times.

I remember when I was a bit confused in early May this year whether my interview would be held on time consequent upon a nation wide strike, I emailed to SVO. It was week end for them but I received a quick email reply directly from Mr. Thomas Richter informing me that the interview will be held as usual and in case I miss the appointment, chances are, rescheduling might take very long time could be over a year owing to huge volume of applications processed in SVO! So it was right from the horses mouth.....

There was another member who asked the same thing several pages back, but almost everyone here has sponsored their spouses.

The posted timeline for Bangladesh is 24 months, if it takes 8 months for you that is still considerably better than 24 bro.

Did you email Mr. Richter directly or sent to their SVO general mailbox?
