Hi SingaporeVO, did you ask your friend whether his wife had to do a re-medical like us and if yes, how long after sending the medical report, she received further communication from SVO? Can you please find out. Thanks.

Hi goodman36 & samkh: YES, I did ask him about re-medical. His wife had to do re-medical and about one month after had to submit police certificate along with Passport. PPR and police certificate was requested almost after 4 weeks of re-medical through an email. His wife was lucky to receive the passport with VISA after 2 weeks of passport submission! Everything happened very quick for her - I guess. Lets see what happens for us.

No they didn't. Just i want to make it Ready

Coz process of police certificate is between 1 to 2 months.

Have you submitted PCC before if yes than I think VO is not going to ask for PCC again.

Hey SingaporeVO, thanks for getting back.

WOW, that was really fast for your friend's wife. You mentioned that she is from Bangladesh, right?

I thought that, it usually takes about 2 months for the full medical to reach Singapore VO (as it is first sent to Manila and then forwarded to Singapore).

Hi goodman36: You are most welcome. Yes, my friend's wife is from Bangladesh. She was really lucky to get done everything very quick. However, I am not that much optimistic about my own case that it is gonna happen that quick. If it does happen like my friend's wife, I will be kinda puzzled and shocked in a positive way !! What do you think ? Personally, I am thinking it might happen within next 2-4 months the quickest, and if it happens slower, then it might take another 6 months. Do you agree? It is just my personal speculation. Thanks for getting in touch.

Hi samkh: I would rather wait until they ask for police certificate. Because we don't know, for sure, how long this process will take to come to an end. However, this is my personal opinion.

Hi singaporeVo

Do u think is it more than 6 months to the end ?

Hi samkh: am NOT sure. I assume from other people's experience it might take from 2 to 6 months altogether to get it done. Again, I am saying it is just assumption. It might take 2 months for you but 4 months for me or 6 months for other person. Because every single case is different from each other. Regarding immigration process, I am NOT optimistic that much. If anything happens quicker than my guess, it would be BONUS and exceptional. We can just keep crossing our fingers, and hope for the best. Rest will come when it is time. I just believe it. Thanks for your question though.
