Most of the time they will not reply if u ask abt file statusvexcept if there any update then they reply. In my experience only one time they reply that my file is in queue for review. except this i git no response frm them.

Thanks afrose bd.

I know this may be too late to ask this.

My wife's application is in SVO since October last year. Then in February this year, got an e-mail from SVO asking to send them a notarized copy of my wife's birth certificate which she did. After that, no response.

When we submitted the file originally, I didn't include a copy of my traveling document (copy of ticket/ boarding pass etc.) when I went to Dhaka for marriage in June last year. Even though in the Forms, we stated when we got married and when I left for Canada, not including the traveling document of my travel to Dhaka has been bothering me.

Should I sent it now or it is not that of an important document?

Appreciate any thought on this.

yes, afrose, same case with me also.they only reply to email if there is any update in d status.but i hard from some1 that if we bother them by email or ph call they become angry so either they ask for d.n.a test or interview as a revange! is it true or just a rumour???

hi goodman, did they ask for ur travel document or u just wanted to send them by ur wish??? if so, u can send it now no problem.u can send any document if u think that''ll b helpful reduce their doubt on ur mrg.they ask for my birth certificate almost over a yr ago now they ask for d.n.a test as they hv doubt on our relation...

:) no idea. but i think its not right if so then they never give the inquiry email id & password.

No they didn't ask for it.

I just wanted to know from everyone here, is the ticket to and from Bangladesh when I got married is an important supporting document or not. I thought it is obvious that I got married because of the marriage certificate, the photos, the relationship letter etc.

No need , they changed the format , no need her sign any more , just u can apply online , i didnt sign any thing , i fill up by my self on behalf of my husband

Hey Samkh:

When I go to the following page to request my gcms notes:

https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/client.do

....... on the first page it asks "Are you requesting information on your own behalf?" Should I say Yes?

Evidently, only a Canadian Citizen or PR can request information. So, I would guess I am requesting information for me (as the sponsor of an applicant)

So, should I say YES or No to this question?

You said you requested information on behalf of your husband, so did you say No here or Yes? Because if you say No, then shouldn't they ask for permission from the applicant?
