Yes, the VO actually mentioned that had they received all the documents as presented during interview beforehand, the interview would have been waived. I trusted an immigration consultant who misguided and handed in application package which was incomplete.
Anyway, all is well now. Although i have not heard anything yet after the 13th 'in process' status, I'm hoping that MR request would come through shortly.

Thats weird til now i cant access ecas with my hubbys info. :-X

try with full name as last name. It will works.
Do not use just last name , try only first name if not work then full name.

I always loged only with his last name.
now i tried only first name , first and last name, las name and first name ..nothing..thats creepy

Maybe you do something wrong. Verify all information again.

no every info is correct from the begining, what i did now is try with the (F) file number and it worked. It doesnt loging with the (B) file number since yesterday morning..something weird is going on..

BXXX is very old format file no. Now CIC will use only FXXX fileno. For my wife File No i never get Bxx no until i saw her PPR letter. BXXX never works for me. I use FXXX always.

Hey everyone, just wanted to report that my wife landed on December 12, 2012 at North Portal, SK. The border guards there on both the American and Canadian side are great, very nice.

BXXX is very old format file no. Now CIC will use only FXXX fileno. For my wife File No i never get Bxx no until i saw her PPR letter. BXXX never works for me. I use FXXX always.

I guess you are right, probably because our ecas was never updated since march 2011 that is why i was able to login with the B file number.Now that they did update to in process only the F works. But when the B was working the F was working too but very rarely i loged with the F. Thanks=) 8)what a relieve lol
