Shiny, I am pretty sure it only goes "in process" when its a positive decision, that is why it is taking time to get the whole process done.
If it was negative, they would just say no and move on....

Hi Rasu, desi1234,alibaba and my husband's file went 'in process' same date. I dont know about suman1980 if his ecas changed, i know he didnt get any email because my hubby talked to him. all i wish for all of us is MRequest the next coming days, this waiting is killing me, because i dont know what is the outcome...

Forget about immigration prepare for your new born baby. Your husband eCAS is In Process let's it roll until process complete. It may takes 3-4 months.
Last option you can order GCMS notes again.

the reason i worry is about the decision once i know he is approved i dont really care how long it takes cuz ill be going bd with my daughter but the fact of not knowing the result stress me, and i cant help it. after he get medical i dont care how long it takes i will be waiting everything to be completed and come back with my husband.... anyway thanks for your support guyz..
