Hi all,
How is the email response from SG ?
Have anyone got response of your email prior 2 months (Dec - Jan -till now) ?
Response is right away, takes couple of days or never got response ?
Do you guys send email to General Enquiry: Singapore-im-enquiry @international.gc.ca or to Case Specific Enquiry: dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=singapore ?

I need to change my address and send email to Singapore-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca but no response for 2 days.

I need to change my address and send email to Singapore-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca but no response for 2 days.

Normally they reply e-mail if any info to provide except application status. If you request for address change they do not reply but it will take 15 days address to be update. They have time length to reply an e-mail within 30 days. They reply with in 24h to 10 days. And some e-mail they never reply. It's all about my e-mail sending experience to them.

In ECAS shows Started Processing and third line medical result has been received. Date written on the letter.
After i heard the news was a big stress out. And a very good feeling inside.
Thank you all. Now next step is Visa stamp. I wish it will goes smoothly.
