OMG:o My wife got PPR by email today :D How long it takes now to get the Visa now after we submit the Passport ? Is there any way to submit the passport by our own , I mean going to SVO ?

Do you have any count on how may days passed , My Medical Expired August 11 ,So almost 3 months have passed :-( Seems to me, med extension is another loop in the process to make us wait longer !!

Hi Shiny, My wife's TRV was also rejected twice for the reason: no travel history + Strong reason to leave Canada after the TRV expired. I can feel your frustration and anger :-( thepie has good suggestions that you should go to your MP , talk to MP and try to get a letter from him/her...

So this is same like doing re-medical, with longer time!! If they send the remed request along with the ppr request at the first place that could have save some time, did they inform by email about the x-ray request ?

It's not the MP , his assistant who is providing info. of the current status of the file which is no a days not so easy to get from CIC ;because sending email to CIC is equal to no response, no info

My Experience with MP office was very good though..the Mp office assistant is very prompt and helpful. But do not think that way , Inshallah things will be all good in the end.

For those who are waiting for a letter from Singapore CIC for Re-Medical because their medical has expired recently (after May 2012) , May be considered for Re-Medical Exemption by the CIC officer , BR/

No that's not the same thing, that is for already PR and they need to travel but there PR card expired or lost , the visa office issue Travel document for those PRs. And that takes 14 days.

When Singapore CHC sends mail to Dhaka are those registered mail or regular mail ?
