I am looking for how months Singapore vo takes to start process? I send a mail to in grneral unquiry they reply me application may vary,workload and if inerview require. they did not tell me after how many months just told me why it is delay.in cic manuel writtes outland process complete 6-12 months.i send aonther mail how long it may takes to start my application but thy did not reply my mail. Since last month my wife address dissapear and double sponsor process,i am worry. I would like if application start process nov,dec,jan not later than that and no interview then it wil be great.each day my stress goes up and not sleep without check ecas status.

I hope you wait less than I have. Received in Singapore on January 21st 2011, they started processing on August 12th 2011. I know that others have waited a lot longer, so I am not too upset.

I have two friends here is their situation
Received Permanent application Dec 18 2010 process started July 11 2011 and received letter on Sept 05,2011 to redo medical and return back all photos they gave them. did mot ask for interview.

Secodn friend permanent resident application received 15 Nov 2010 received letter on 08 Sept,2011 for interview but told could be anytime ask for interview within 2 years. Why it will take 2 years?

They did not see any in process on ecas strait receive letter for interview. Which friend received letter do remdical his ecas keep showing In Process and did mention on ecas that they send letter for remedical. I think ecas is not 100% acurate up to date. That makes me confuse.
Shafin what is your application status? Any good news ? Did you send any e-mail to Singapore VO?
I have another friend application received Sing VO same date as you still shows Application Received and not yet start process. no letter no news from Singapore Visa Office.

One think i understand from Singapore Visa office process step.
Once they receive our application they review application initially when they are satisfy they send for second step where application begin process within 4-5 months. if they are not satisfy first review hold it for que again 3 month for second review if satisfy sure they start process with in 6-8 months if they are not satisfy sure ask for interview. In the CIC manuel shows application process with in 6-12 months for out land.
Second step is check backround, security and medical report . Once it is done ask for Visa stamp.

I send a mail singapore On Aug 10, 2011 gave me wife file no ''Spore office received your CSQ. File is now in queue awaiting review by officer. Please wait to receive further instructions, if any, from this office.'' I am confuse what they wanted to tell me.

My sister send mail to Singapore VO on Sept 14 ask for file no. They replied with file no and with this quto ''Your file still in process'' When she checked on ecas just shows Application received nothing about in process.

My wife and my sister husband's address is dissapeared since august 25, 2011 and double sponsor process for both of us. I send another mail on sep 15 they did not reply me . Now i am in suspension where they will start process or will ask for interview . I did not provide them huge supporting doucments, send them 15 photos, phone bill, sending money receipt. I would like to go see my wife on Jan and want all complete by end of March 2012 with visa stamp.
Day by say i am frustrated and can not put out sponsor thing from my mind.

i ordered GCMS notes and it was printed on 7th April, 2011.
Eligibility, Security, Criminality: Not Started
Medical: In Progress
Medical status looks ok, because it also said..
IME Status: Assessed
Description: Excessive Demand Exempt applicant with no identified health condition
Description: No surveillance required.
Also there was a Text Notes by VO, which is also positive.
after that no news at all. last month they reply to my email about my file status "it's still in queue awaiting reviewing by analyse. He/She will inform applicant regarding further instructions once file is screened. Please wait to hear from our office."
this month i send them 6 email. they didn't reply. my wife's mailing address is also disappeared since 25th August.

finally after 7 months with singapore VO, finally i see that, they have actually started processing my wife's application on Sept 8th. It also says, medical results received.

How did you order for GCMS notes? If you request many about file status it may cause delay process too. I think you are final stage hope you will get some answer beginning of the next month. I saw when Singapore VO give some update or answer normally it is beginning of the month. Your wife address dissapeared for first time? I am sure they are working on your file. Soone will get some answer when address appear again. Could be next month. I am at first stage of application my wife address is dissapear too just waitting for what will see finger cross.

For me under review mean may not sound good maybe they are looking your file at second time but i am not 100% sure. As i know
AT first review if the officer is satisfy then file will process within 4-6 month max. (They look on if relationship genuine, documents, supporting doucments, official documents and they look for if those are fake or original). When they are not satisfy they hold the file for second review another 2-3 months delay. if yes then start process if not then hold for final review and ask for interview. Until the final review it takes about 7-9 months.
Those time frame i do not know exactly , i see base on my friend file and relatives sponsor timeline Singapore visa office. During the period from May 2010 until now.

Singapore VO received my wife PR application on 11 July,2011. I send a mail to Singp vo on august 10 and they told me file is que for review by officer. since august 25 my wife address was dissapear. Maybe it mean they look on my file. I am waitting for when address will show up again. I send another e-mail on Sep 15 they did not reply yet .

My sister have same time as me only 2 days diffarent. When she send an e-mail to them , they replied to her file still in process.

My most worry is are they satisfy on my first review or not that makes me so much worry. Because i did not send lot of supporting documents jsut some picture ofr our wedding.

dont worry, sometimes only few photos are good enough to tell the real story of your relationship.
