22mnths passed still application received

OMG! wht r u saying, my case is preety similiar to u, i also had to add my baby, 16 n half month passed since im seeing '' app n medical result hv been received'' i was hoping 2 c my ecas in process soon but comparing to u i dont think so that im gonna c it soon, hv u ordered CAIPS 2 know whts hppening with ur file? i sent my consent form, soon my hubby going 2 order it..

2times ordered caips in 2yr still now processing not started. also applied for trv 2 times & refused. My baby got citizenship. I think svo not want that i lead a happy life with my hubby & baby for that this situation of my case. i'm tired in this pathetic life can't beat any more.

I bought ticket in Etihad. For me price of both Etihad and Turkish is same. I checked both. Etihad is cheaper for me than Turkish. For my husband Turkish is cheaper. So the total remains same I will go on June 15 and come by July 18. I also bought my husband's and son's tickets so that they can come with me.My husband submitted passport first week of May. I hope they will get the passports back by end of June. If their passport doesn't come back, I have to fly alone.

Inshallah your husband and sons passport will be in hand by first week of june. I dont think it will take more than a month after singapore receive the passports. the waiting is almost over am happy for you. finally eh! what a wait........

Be strong ,its so hard to wait that long without any news... it feels like our destiny is in their hand. Ive waited a lot to i really feel for you and AKHI. Write to singapore, or go see mp. I dont know what else to say. dont loose hope... i really wish you hear from svo very very soon.

My file is pretty weird i guess. They sent me a letter in December saying they require Birth Certificate and that we are in interview queue.

We sent the Birth certificate immediately and ofcourse no communication from them. And given the political situation in Bangladesh, I don't know when they will actually go for interviews. My friend's spouse was sent interview queue letter in March 2012, still no news on interview scheduling.

God knows how long this will go on.

Pray for us. Try to b strong like u but can't......

:'( im keep praying to allah, but indeed allah knows the best...but it's really becoming out of control.. my hubby misses his son a lot :'(....btw afrose, do u hv any idea that wht taking so long to process ur file!! as, amy told me that her husbands extensive background checking caused delay...may be adding new born baby on d file cause delay...

So, just checking processing times and it's now at a crazy 51 months. Looking at other VO they are just as bad except for a few exceptions at 24 months.

Still waiting for interview date and I just e-mail my MP again.

My file is pretty weird i guess. They sent me a letter in December saying they require Birth Certificate and that we are in interview queue.

We sent the Birth certificate immediately and ofcourse no communication from them. And given the political situation in Bangladesh, I don't know when they will actually go for interviews. My friend's spouse was sent interview queue letter in March 2012, still no news on interview scheduling.

God knows how long this will go on.

Singapore VO asked the same thing (notarized copy of my wife's Birth Certificate) in January, 2013 and my wife sent it immediately.

Why you say your file is weird? Did the Singapore VO notified you that an interview will be needed in the same letter that they asked for the Birth Certificate?

Our letter didn't mention anything about interview so does that mean more wait?

Yes, they sent both notifications at the same mail.

If they only asked for your BC, that should mean it already passed initial review and is just waiting for a decision to be made.
Will be faster once they start processing your file.

I have two questions for you good people.

First:
How do you put those dates below your username?

Second:
I submitted application for my wife at CIC Mississauga on September 12, 2012. I got an email saying i am qualified and what not on October 29, 2012. But when i check online status it says application received for my wife's part and my part decision made. When i click on application received link for my wife it says we have received your application for PR on September 12,2012 and below it says medical received. My question is if the file was transferred to SVO should not that be a different date? How is it for you guys? Does your spouse's status give the same date as when your application was submitted to cic Mississauga? Please any help is appreciated

I sure hope you are right. We sent a sample of communication (chat & email history) in April separately just to include in the file. Hope they would see that too.
