My timeline:

wes received documents January 13th
approved documents January 17th
review in progress January 24th
they gave me February 21st as completion date, but I didn't receive anything yet

I am on my 21 business day now

Feb. 27th - "evaluation in progress"
Still waiting for the next update... ...

But the status is still "Waiting for required documents".

Today I sent them an email, no reply yet.

Ayshilal I was wonderin did they change your status to "documents received" yet? or does it still say waiting for documents? I was wondering how many days does it take them to realise they have the documents already....

Yes Ezgi, They received my documents 15th February but the status changed 1 week after that
Be patient and send them an email

Now my status "Documents received - review in status" for 1 week
I am hoping they change it to " review in progress " in a couple of days

For those who are waiting for their status to update; I called WES today (yess my patience is dead) and literally listened classical music for 20 minutes to get a hold of someone... they are currently receiving tons of calls and they told me that it may take 5 to 6 business days for your profile to update.... just to let you know

Hi,

I am currently in Canada, and checking how to apply for ECA. While I looked at the list of documents, WES states the below:

If the document is given to you to forward to WES, it must be attested & dated and placed in an official sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate authentication officer at the institution that conducted the examination. If the envelope has been opened or there is no stamp or signature across the back flap, the document will not be accepted by WES.

From Canada, how can I get the authentication of my University from India? Can anyone help me, how this is done?

Your university has a register office , you have to contact them and get it done through them otherwise you can search online for consultants who do this kind of stuff

My documents were received by WES on February 28 and on the 3rd of March I was able to find my documents via the "package tracker"... my profile status changed to documents received as of today 06 March... so yes waiting for a week before calling them is a good idea

Yes Ezgi It is been 2 weeks since my status changed to "documents received ".I am still waiting for "Review in progress"

Documents delivered via Fedex: Feb 2 2017

Status changed to 'Under Review': Feb 6 2017. I contacted them via the form on their website on Feb 2 to inform them that the documents were delivered. Someone from WES replied to my message on the 6th and I guess that triggered the status change.
Evaluation completed: Mar 7 2017

That's exactly 20 business days from Review to Completion

eca online report received: 3rd march 2017

I did email them using the online form , that helps.

I have a very basic query.
I have downloaded the pdf of WES evaluation but do they also send any hard copy?
I have not received any hard copy of the report from them. Please let me know whether the pdf will be sufficient?

Also, for PR application after I receive ITA, can I submit the print out of pdf evaluation report or is the original hard copy necessary?

Mine says documents received-review in progress ...your says only documents received ? I think they started processing mine already, check yours again, I am not getting any update mails so far....
