I received my AOR on Sep 23,2024 i was having a same issue with tracker. I put my UCI And Application and clicked submit multiple time. After show error for 4-5 times, it worked and sent me code to my email to create tracker account.(just put uci and file number once and click the submit button multiple times).

Still not able to log in. Not sure if I should just let it go and wait for emails. Not sure raising a webform will help really.

Yeah same, I also don't think that a webform will actually do much.
Could be that when they actually pick up our applications for review, that makes it sync and unblocks us.

We'll see...just gotta wait I guess, judging from the people ahead of us: they are processing early August applicants for test invites, so we are still at least a month out.

Well I submitted a technical webform and received a "thank you for providing Additional documents" rather than a web response. It's something I guess.

There are many who get the request. Your question is not clear. What do you want to know about FP?

Has any September applicant received citizenship test invitation yet? Or does background come before the test? Applied Sep 2, got AOR linked on Sep 13 and nothing yet. I remember the IRCC website says they usually send out test invitations within 1 week of AOR. Should I call them or wait? I already submitted urgent request for citizenship due to a job

Who knows - obviously a glitch somewhere. Just going to wait for emails I guess and try the tracker every now and then!
