If we indeed share AOR date, seems like an interesting coincidence we are all experiencing the same issue.

Let's keep each other updated of any development if the ability to register opens up for either of us.

Still not able to log in. Not sure if I should just let it go and wait for emails. Not sure raising a webform will help really.

" Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."


I received AOR several weeks ago. Looks like others who submitted/got AORs same day as me have the same error. It's popped up a lot since the tracker was created for people every now and then.

Technical issue webform request will rectify this issue. It may take time but eventually it will start working.

I’ve got the same issue but I just received my AOR today. I was told it usually takes 24-48hours

Do we get an email notification for when we can login to the tracker? I heard that we need to reset password the first time we use the tracker

As per my previous posts I am unable to register a tracking account - same as others here with the same submission/AOR date. I have raised a web form for it.

I received my AOR on Sep 23,2024 i was having a same issue with tracker. I put my UCI And Application and clicked submit multiple time. After show error for 4-5 times, it worked and sent me code to my email to create tracker account.(just put uci and file number once and click the submit button multiple times).
