hi bro, i also got passport request letter for my spouse do u know how to submit the passport or like whats next step. what i have to do now?

Hi guys, i have question can plz anybody clear it i got passport request on outside it says my spouse name but when i open pdf inside letter it says my name and my address but UCI is of my spouse. and in step 3 it says if ur outside send ur passport if inside let us know via webform within 5 days but i am primary applicant already inside canada. What i have to do now just book passort appointment for my spouse or i have to tell ircc through webform that i am inside canada.
one more thing i haven't received portal 1 yet.
Can anybody answer it plz.
