Does it happen that you can get more then 1 ADR? like they ask for something then a month or so later they might ask for something else? Im just curious if that has ever happened.

Yes that is possible and has happened with some people.

So that would indicate that the application is still under review as a whole when ADR is sent and they keep asking when they move to a new section of application. Ah well.

Yes they will ask any number of times till eligibility completes.
