Anybody with Ottawa VO sitting still in processing? No updates after eligibility started a month ago. 6 months of processing time were completed already.

Here's my timeline
AOR Sep 12
BIL and MIL on nov 5
Medical passed nov 20
Eligibilty in progress since jan 31 but on call agent said recommended passed.
Jan 31 ADR request and adr in review since Feb 10.
No updates after that everytime i call agent say info sharing in process security not started rest is done.
Its been around 7 months since my EE PNP Application.

How were you able to get an agent to answer? I have been calling several times and it says no one is available to take the call something like that. Do you call at a specific time during the day?
Call first thing when they open at 8am. Keep trying you will get through.
