I have a question, just wondering my case because the PA has already received a BIL yesterday but the sponsor has never received yet the AOR as well as the PA. Does this mean that receiving BIL also a form of having AOR? Thanks for the response in advance.

It’s so nervous.

submitted 8th/Sep.
BIL: 7th November
And there’s another letter for sponsor approval to bring his family member . And it was 9th November.

So what’s is the next now please .
Medical or AOR or …??!! Or Interview..

Or even DNA.

This makes no sense. Did you ask your lawyer's why the November 7th to December 7th biometrics expired? Where did the lawyer get the information from?

Ofcuz BIL is expired 30 days, so the problem is lawyer informed me late time instead of telling me earlier, maybe he was busy, so just now i have only 2weeks before expires .

Dont panic.

Firstly, contact the biometric center and get the appointment. Get the date and time -- and then inform CIC about the date and time - through webform. we can tell you how to do that later.
Frist get the appointment. I hope your lawyer have already done that for you. If not, do it yourself----and once you are done, fire that lawyer!
