I haven't had the best case scenario with IRCC ever. So asking for the worst case scenario. How long people have waited with Scarborough office from "Oath - In Progress" to "Oath Date showing" on tracker?

I won’t trust the tracker, we got our oath and passports done but for my wife the tracker still has February update. Try calling IRCC and check with them if you already have been scheduled.

of course you are not alone.. i tried calling at different times as well. even 8 am when the lines open. even then they will not put me in the queue and ask me to call back later

Finally received my ATIP notes after a month. As expected, LPP assigned to GCMS 8090 and it's not even started. Cleared test in Feb 2023.

I see a note that says transferred from L1 to L2 on 25th July, 2023. I had taken my citizenship test from India in Feb 2023. I don't know if that was a red flag for them? What does L1 to L2 even mean?

Though this was not my case and I have never heard of L1 & L2 but just on pure guess, it could mean level 1 & level 2. I would guess the level 1 officer may have authority to process regular application. For any complex cases, out of country test etc. they might be required to transfer to the level 2 senior officers.
