raise webform and ask IRCC to update your BG - probably they missed updating your status even after CSIS provided the clearance.

Suddenly my current mailing address disappeared from ECAS portal since mid - December - I tried calling IRCC and the agent had no clue .. Does anyone know if this has any relevance to the application process?

My SS started on feb 27,2023 , Today marks 10 months and 13 days in SS - it is taking more than 10 months now.

if its in person oath, you are going to get certificate on spot - But I agree E-certificate is easier and more safe with less chances to loose.

were you stuck in security clearance? do you know when was it started - its a good news if CIC agent is telling you background is complete and may show on your tracker shortly.

Do you know when was your background started, If you have GCMS from IRCC/CBSA it will be the same date as criminality cleared/fingerprint requet. Usually after long waiting BG is complete, other steps get completed in couple of weeks so hopefully something in this week or next.

there are many of us from Sept, oct , nov 2022 applicants who are waiting for security clearance when it was initiated in late january , early february thats more than 8 months in security but no update what so ever. so not sure what is going on with CSIS at this point.
