Need urgent help please
My AOR is September 2021. I have received medical request from IRCC to undergo medical exam in 30 days, that ends on 29th Jun. However IOM has given me appointment on 6th Jul. I showed them my urgency and deadline but they refused to change the date. I raised webform also requesting them for extension in deadline, but no response from them either. What should i do now? Should i explain all this in LOE ?

It takes some time for them to read your webform a couple of weeks maybe but it will reach there for sure. You have a valid reason so you don't need to worry. It is good to explain it in your LOE as well. You will get the extension for sure. mean while keep looking for available slots every two-three days if you get a chance to change your date, it would be a relief for you.
You don't have to go to that IOM's office. If you read IRCC's info they say you can go to a doctor anywhere in the world. Take a look at this link:

I got a medical request as well, however in my own case, I did an upfront Medical in December, 2021 which has not been processed or uploaded in my account till date . 2 weeks ago, an ADR was sent to my account requesting my Clinic to forward the medical report done in December. I uploaded my medical sheet given to me by the Clinic immediately and the the additional request status changed to non applicable. However, I was taken aback when after 10 days of uploading my medical sheet, I got another request for a medical examination instruction sent to my account without mentioning anything about the one done in December. I raised a webform immediately and sent a mail to my VO as well insisting that the medical done in December was not processed before another request was sent. Could it be an oversight from another Officer who wasn't thorough while processing my application? Lest I forget, I called IRCC on 3rd of June and the agent confirmed that my medical report was yet to be processed but had been received . I received the Medical request on the 7th of June for the whole family .
On a second thought, I am thinking of booking another medical but the snag here is that there is no available date till end of July & it's a bit costly because of my family size. I feel if at all the upfront medical done earlier was processed and perhaps, there is a problem with the report, it should have been mentioned in this new request and also it's not possible that the whole family have issues with their medicals. Should I still go ahead and book a new one or continue bombarding them with webforms?

My aor date is September 24th , last time I called IRCC on June 2nd my eligibility was on review required security and criminality passed and info sharing in progress, but in June 8th i have received the instructions for the medical exam, does that mean my eligibility had finally passed or is it possible that they ask for medicals even when the eligibility is not yet finalized?
Can I expect PPR soon after my medical?
