BCG verification Completed: Jan 2021
Test Invitation: June 2021
Test Completed: July 2021
Oath Ceremony: No information update

I have tried to reach the IRCC contact and also webform but there is no response at all.

Hello everyone!
We had our Citizenship Ceremony today.
Everything went well, there's really no reason to be nervous about it. It was very similiar to previous experiences shared here by members. It was actually very enjoyable, a tiny bit emotional, very nice and encouraging words and plenty of laughs too.
There's a lot of waiting in between stages of the ceremony.
It lasted aprox. 2h and it was a big group: 82 people and 11 IRCC agents.

I will let you know how long it took to get the certificate.
And again, THANK YOU so very much for the precious support I received here.

I JUST got my oath ceremony email (1 hour ago). However nothing has been updated either in ECAS or the citizenship tracker. The oath ceremony has been scheduled for Jan 31. I was planning to leave the country tomorrow for a month but now not sure what to do. Questions:
1) Is this normal? To receive the oath ceremony letter before the trackers are updated?
2) Is it possible to reschedule the oath ceremony due to my travel? My travel is not important so can be cancelled as well. Just want to know how easy it is to reschedule an oath ceremony.
Please give me some guidance as I was supposed to fly in less than 24 hours.

Yes it's possible to be scheduled without it showing on the tracker
You can postpone the oath but I honestly wouldnt risk it, if you do you might not be scheduled again for a year or more. you dont know with these people

Thank you for your response! Nothing on my citizenship tracker has been updated either. Language skills, physical presence and prohibitions say In progress. Citizenship ceremony says not started. Is all of this normal?

The tracker only shows the status that is manually set by the agent, so they could be working on your file just not updating the status. some agents can be lazy or in a hurry. on the top right it shows "last updated" what day does it show?

It says July 9, 2021, which was right after my citizenship test date.

Does this mean an oath ceremony invite? I assumed it is an oath ceremony invite but not sure if this is that. Please help.
1) Also what can i expect at this interview?
2) I already passed the citizenship test on July 08, 2021. why was this extra step was scheduled?
3) Can I take this citizenship interview outside of Canada?

My Timelines
App Sent: Sep 03, 2020
AOR: Dec 02, 2020
BG Complete: March 17, 2021
Test Call: Nov 05, 2021
Test Complete: Nov 12, 2021
DM in ECAS: Jan 08, 2022
All complete except Oath didnt start.

Its been 14 long months has passed. I am thinking to drop an email to officer for further updates since 08 Jan about Oath. Any suggestions? What are their emails where i can expect a reply?

Interview is not an oath no. good news is that they are working on your file. I would suggest emailing them back and asking if it can be done outside canada
