As reported by others, my ECAS also shows the following line even though no actual email yet:
  1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on September 28, 2020.

This has been mentioned multiple times, 1st line means no AOR. Second line means you should have received AOR.

Should look something like this :

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on September 23, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on December 14, 2020.

Hi
My application was delivered on August 25th and I still don't have an AOR.
I checked the tracker and on average, AOR comes after 90 days. I'm not sure what's going on.
Does anyone have any insight ? the most frustrating thing is that there's no way to call IRCC to ask if they have received it.

Thank you so much in advance.

Did you check ECAS using your UCI using this URL : https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=ecas&lang=en ?

Thanks. I just did and shows "received". Strangely, I didn't receive an AOR. I can't believe it's been more than 4 months and they didn't review it for completeness.

If you click on the status link "Application Received", what do u see ?

Hello, I am waiting for AOR as well, application received September 28,2020. When I enter my information in the online system it doesn’t show anything to me. I put uci number 1234-5678 ( using hypen) and other information as on my COPR. Am I doing something wrong or I have to wait more to see the online portal to show application received?

Hello Guys,
I have a quick question. Like most of September applications, my ECAS also shows "1. Your application is received on xxxx date". No AOR or 2nd line on ECAS.
So question is, can they still return the applications? or the application had all mandatory documents?

Thanks in advance.

Hello Everyone,

MY ECAS shows nothing. I sent my application on Aug 31, and they received my application on September 2. I have a delivery proof paper.

what do you suggest? Is this normal?

Yes, very normal. If you follow the threads more carefully (July 2020) you will notice that yesterday and today many July 13th/14th applicants are receiving AOR just now. Many of those of us August applicants (mine was delivered August 20th) are still awaiting AOR, with minor exceptions for those that luckily ended up in the stack of the few CIO employees still working in-office.
