I just called ircc today after a month, to see that no progress in my application since the last call.

All these were same even on March 3 when I called. Don't know why they are not processing early September AORs. Anyone here with September 1 to 15, who got COPR?

Eligibility: passed ( but showing in-progress in online account)
criminality : completed
Security: in-progress
As mentioned in other people posts, (eligibility: passed) is this showing in their online account too or just they confirmed over CIC phone call??

It doesn't show eligibility passed in the online account until COPR stage. For some ppl even after COPR, eligibility shows 'in progress' so it's useless to refer that. Only way to know is to call IRCC or raise webform or order GCMS notes.

Only applicants who are getting COPR are from the CEC stream. Some early September applicants have gotten their COPRs as well. FSW files don't like they're being worked on.

Passed by case processing agent but pending final review by officer. Officer usually goes ahead with agent recommendation.

It will reflect in your online account only after the final approval. What cic agent says is good enough.

In another forum, I saw a thread that FSW inland is also processed at same capacity as cec inland, someone mentioned they checked with ircc over a call on this.

Hi all, finally got in touch with IRCC. My AOR was Sep.15, 2020.
IRCC told me that my visa office is Ottawa.
Eligibility passed - November
Criminality - has not started
Security - has not started.

Can you help guide me which phase i am in? And based on your experience, how long/ how many more months my application is gonna take ?

Since US is exempt from travel restrictions, it might be possible they move forward with your FSW-O application and thus want to confirm if you are still living here in the US.
