Hi all, finally got in touch with IRCC. My AOR was Sep.15, 2020.
IRCC told me that my visa office is Ottawa.
Eligibility passed - November
Criminality - has not started
Security - has not started.

Can you help guide me which phase i am in? And based on your experience, how long/ how many more months my application is gonna take ?
I have the same AOR date. Are you CEC-Inland? Is your eligibility conclusively passed?

No i am FSW.

I honestly am not sure whats conclusively passed but i assume so.
there are three type, 1. pass ( final) 2. Recommended pass ( again it has to be finally passed). 3. Review Required ( need more analysis by them before maked as Pass). It is very tough to predict when everything will be done but let's hope for the best.

I just called ircc today after a month, to see that no progress in my application since the last call.
FSW Inland
Aor: Sept 4, 2020
VO: Ottawa
Eligibility : conclusively passed
Criminality: In progress
Security: not started

All these were same even on March 3 when I called. Don't know why they are not processing early September AORs. Anyone here with September 1 to 15, who got COPR?
I am stuck in the same place as you are. I called IRCC yesterday and nothing has happened since last Nov.

ah thanks a lot. Thats very clear. I think my eligibility was "passed" as the person on the call explicitly said ti was passed.

Curious why my security or criminality has not yet started (has been over five months).

Finger cross.

Yeah, even I feel eligibility would have passed long back, my initial stages like medical got done in less than a month, biometrics was exempt. I never called them or raised webform prior to completing 6 months, so have no clue on timelines. Criminality had been in progress since I last called in March. Since we are already here in Canada don’t know why it is still taking so much time. It’s really testing patience:)

GCMS questions .... @legalfalcon if you can take a look please:
  1. In the first few pages under Client, there is an acronym called CoR which I believe stands for country of residence. For me the primary applicant, the CoR states Canada but my spouse's and child's CoR is shown as USA. However under the section called Clients/Address (Type: Residence), it lists the correct Canadian address for me and my spouse! We moved from USA couple of years ago. Is this a problem? will a web form fix this?
  2. My son's Clients/Address (Type: Mailing) lists an immigration lawyer's address. My company used this lawyer 2 yrs ago to get a Work permit, no idea why his address is listed for my son. The lawyer did not create my Express Entry profile, we did it and for sure did not give the past lawyer's info!!
  3. Under EE Eligibility/Assessment #1/Client First Official Language both me and my spouse's language pts are listed 1 pt higher than what we actually got whereas the Languages section lists the accurate IELTS scores. Is this a problem? will a web form fix this?

thanks for your response , just one clarification, eligibility passed by officer means eligibility is passed or there another level of assessment made ?
Considering the day after I received the mail, I got request to pay RPRF , is it a good sign !?
All your help is much appreciated!

Usually RPRF is requested when the eligibility is passed, recommended passed or started. It is a movement and any movement is a good sign.

I know, right....!!! I think we have exactly same circumstances. I am also in Canada and my criminality is in progress from last Nov. Security has not started yet, as per the GCSM notes. What's your AOR?
